When you see your young colleagues replacing old aged workers, this means your workplace is doing age discrimination and that’s not a good thing to be followed. Young workers are encouraged to work more and replace aged workers.

When there’s a modest difference between you and a young worker, and replacing you with him is understood as age discrimination. Even if you meet 90% of the sales target and are replaced, it is called age discrimination.

The company tends to develop a system where they force their aged workers to retire, moreover they find various excuses for it. They, then replace them with young workers. Often they force to retire or find ways to lay them off work and hire young employees.
